Kalki is the Founder and Lifetime Managing Trustee of Kalkipuri Dharma Trust.
PURPOSE
To run Kalkipuri Temple After the Samadhi of Kalki as per His will Deed.
As per clause 3 of Trust byelaw (Reg.No.1656/2001) the Trust must not accept cash or money etc. (e.g.donation etc.) in any way from the public or others, except from the Founder: Kalki.
As per clause 7 of Trust byelaw (Reg.No.1656/2001), the trust will work or run only by the cash and wealth of Kalki.
The above said Trust was formerly known as Akhilananda Charitable Trust (Reg.No.58/1998), Yugadharma Charitable Trust (Reg. No.2112/1999) and then Kalkipuri: Dharmathinte Vidyadhyayana Kendarm (Trust) (Reg.No.1656/2001), is now changed as Kalkipuri Dharma Trust as per decision No.1 of Trust meeting No.440, because the name of the trust in Pancard is only Kalkipuri Dharma Trust and the name should not differ in other documents. Trust have only five cents land (plain plot. S.R.O. Chathamangalam. Docu.No.960/2001) at Choolur, Kozhikode Dt. – 673601, Kerala, India.
A civil case has been filed against those who tried to encroach the Trust’s land (O.S.No.473/2018). Adv.Commission has measured the area with the help of Surveyor and submitted the report to the court. The attempt to usurp the trust’s land is clearly marked in the report. Finally, Trust won the case on 21.12.2024 and executed (EP) it by the Court through Amin with Police protection. There is a plan to construct a building in 5 cents land of Trust at Choolur, Kozhikode Dt. -673601.
